"Power machines" was included in the ForbesRussia rating of the best employers in Russia and for the first time received "Gold" in all categories: Employees and Society, Environment and Corporate Governance.

Compared to the last rating, we've improved our indicators, which is particularly important in the context of the tasks of mass production of high-performance gas turbines and large-scale technical retooling of "Power machines". As last year, the rating participants (118 companies) are divided into four groups: "Platinum", "Gold", "Silver" and "Bronze", depending on the score.

The methodology for rating the best employers was developed by Forbes together with KPMG (since 2022, the Russian office has been operating under the Kept brand) and takes into account the influence of the ESG agenda. The evaluation is based on key figures, which are divided into three categories: "Environment," "Employees and Society," and "Corporate Governance."
