For managers with employees and succession pool members for managerial positions, managerial competency development is additionally required, such as establishing and achieving ambitious goals, analyzing problems and setting priorities; development of oneself and others; and efficiency and proficiencies. Development of effective communication skills - negotiation, public speaking is prioritized.
To develop employee competencies, the company conducts special training: "Fundamentals of Employee Management (for the Talent Pool)", "Effective Leadership”, "Managing Personal Effectiveness and Self-organization", "Effective Negotiations", "Public Speaking Skills", "Changes in Management", Project Management, Finance for Non-financiers, Coaching".
