For managers and succession pool members, the company has developed mandatory corporate training programs aimed at developing managerial competencies and soft skills.
Training is conducted in the form of modular corporate programs. The main programs include the "School of Masters" for mid-level managers of production units, "Achieve More Together" for heads of production and functional services, and the "School of Project Manager" for specialists from sales and functional departments.
