Employee Health Care

Power Machines creates conditions for satisfactory medical care for employees. Everyone can get a medical check or professional medical advice at the medical unit and health centers at the enterprise premises.

Medical Center of Power Machines is a multidisciplinary healthcare facility. The work of highly qualified personnel and the use of up-to-date equipment allows effective medical care to be provided to both company employees and private citizens.

The center has a special focus on occupational medicine. It allows to effectively take care of the employees’ well-being and save their working time, as it is possible to have an examination or consult a physician at the medical center located on the territory of LMZ as well as at the health centers on the territory of the enterprises.

By practicing an integrated approach our physicians individually select treatment methods and guarantee the high quality of the services provided.

The main services provided at the Medical Center:

  • medical examination upon employment and periodic check-ups (occupational hazard);

  • medical appointments and therapist consultations;

  • care encounter and narrow specialists consultations (ophthalmologist, neurologist, cardiologist, surgeon, dentist, gynecologist, dermatologist, oncologist, otolaryngologist, etc.);

  • issuance of sick leaves, followed by outpatient observation;

  • laboratory, functional, ultrasound diagnostics, physiotherapy and massage (free of charge according to the approved list of services or at reduced prices);

  • free influenza and COVID-19 vaccination;

  • medical surveillance.

Housing program

Power Machines has a housing program under which the company compensates part of the interest rate under a mortgage agreement to the employees of design bureaus, technical departments, and production line managers.

Corporate support: reimbursement of the employee's expenses on paying the interest on a mortgage contract for the purchase of housing in the Russian Federation.

The program includes the following categories of employees: foremen, senior foremen, heads of sections of production shops, engineering and technical employees of design units and technical departments under the age of 50 with at least one year of work experience with the company.

Reimbursement is determined according to the established procedure, but

  • no more than 35% of the actually paid mortgage interest,

  • no more than five years according to the mortgage repayment schedule.

Recreation for Employees and Their Families

The company compensates employees for the partial cost of vouchers for:

  • Sanatorium-resort therapy;
  • Recreation during holidays with one family member;
  • Recreation for employees' children at children's health camps.

The procedures and amounts of compensation is regulated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.


Each enterprise has relaxed canteens and scrumptious buffets with a wide selection of dishes and convenient working hours.

You can always buy full-fledged high-quality hot meals, as well as a variety of pastries and confectionery.

The cost of a set lunch is fixed at 190 rubles, and the cost of a partial lunch (first course or salad of your choice) is 170 rubles. For night shift workers, equivalents of a set lunch are provided - a lunchbox and a mini-lunchbox.

We hold our caterers to a high standard and regularly conduct employee surveys about the food quality.
