Youth Policy

We invite active young professionals to join our team who are eager to unite to develop and implement the best ideas for corporate development, support for its social and charitable events.

We are ready to launch the corporate youth program "PM Drive", where young professionals (up to 35 years old) can take part.

PM Drive is:

• Communication and exchanges with colleagues about experiences, including between group enterprises.
• Acquisition of new knowledge, development of creative abilities.
• Opportunities to introduce your ideas with company support.
• Participation in external events on behalf of the company.

Various training and conferences, excursions to production sites and power plants, quizzes and theme nights, environmental and volunteer events will be organized for participants in the youth movement.
